Cheesecake au thé vert matcha

Cheesecake au thé vert matcha
** Ingredients (for 5 servings) :

*biscuits (digestive) ……….. 150gr

*melted butter………………… 50gr

*granulated sugar………….... 70gr

*cream cheese……………….. 150gr

*whipped cream……………… 100gr

*gelatin powder………………. 10gr

*water………………………… 10mL

*green tea powder.................. 2-3 tsp

** Cake base :

- Cover the bottom of 5 cake rings (7.5cm diameter x 4cm height).

- Crush the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter.

- Press this mixture on the bottom of each cake ring and let cool in fridge.

** Matcha cream cheese :

- Mix cream cheese and 70gr granulated sugar with an electric whisker until smooth.

- Incorporate delicately the whipped cream.

- Mix 10gr gelatin powder with 10gr water and heat in double boiler until gelatin melts.

- Incorporate the gelatin liquid into cream cheese.

- Add 2-3 tsp of matcha powder into the cream cheese and mix well.

- Pour the cream cheese into the rings and let cool in fridge

hi, if i were to combine evrything into a single cake pan, what size cake pan would be suitable for this amount? your mini cakes look amazing!
