Eating Salad :: Redefined

I was so inspired by the restaurant review done by Chow Times on Circa, especially the Greek Salad which was served in a very unique way. So I tried to make a similar looking salad with a little twist to make it more of a salad that I would like to eat.

My salad consisted of ( from bottom to top) :
olive oil
Crème fraiche
